Assistant Director Safety, Security and Parking-Full Time

The Assistant Director Safety, Security and Parking will be responsible for daily public safety and parking department operations, and for the development and implementation of policies and procedures that will ensure the safety and security of Cobb Convention Center and Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, including property, assets, employees and visitors. Position reports to the Director of Safety and Security.

Housekeeping Manager-Full Time

The Housekeeping Manager is a position that must maintain a presence on the floor to ensure that public and service areas at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre are properly maintained and cleaned in accordance with appropriate health and safety standards. All areas present the best image possible at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Position reports to the Director of Facility Services. 

Facility Service Engineer 1-Full Time

The Facility Service Engineer 1 is responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical services as prescribed and will perform within the Engineering Department guidelines, to include but not limited to:  performing preventive maintenance of electrical installations, preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, Preventive Maintenance of Plumbing Systems, exhibitor utility services installation for water, power, etc., utility services supply inventory checks, exhibit hall maintenance, monitoring operation techniques as to safety procedures, complying with equipment distribution requests, review required operation techniques, completing daily routine and/or event assignments as required, and such other functions and duties as required. 

Floor Captain-On Call

General Description: The Floor Captain will be responsible for the supervision of volunteer ushers during events scheduled at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. They will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service to all guests, visitors, and attendees at events. Position reports to House Manager. Floor Captains must usher at least three times in every sixty (60) day period to remain active.

Public Safety Officer-Part Time

Officers will be responsible for the safety and security of company property, assets, guests and employees. They will be able to perform the duties of each post. Officers work in conjunction with and report directly to Public Safety Managers and the Director of Safety and Security.
